To keep my weight on the target I do some exercise and have a healthy diet. Doing exercise is important because it keeps you healthy and a controlled diet is important because you control the calories you intake which means that you only get what you need, when that happens you don’t gain weight. You can even lose weight if you reduce your calorie intake, not consuming chocolates, cakes, and other sugary foods will help you reduce your weight.
