Dead baby isn’t dead after all
August 24, 2008
At Jerusalem a 23 weeks baby was pronounced dead after an abortion due to internal bleeding. The baby was putted into a refrigerator before going to the morgue and it seems that when they went to pick up the baby to take him to the morgue he was still alive because he reached for his mother hand and open the mouth.
The baby weighted only 600 grams and spent at least five hours inside the hospital’s refrigerated storage units.
After all that the baby was taken to the hospital’s neonatal intensive care unit for further treatment but doctors aren’t sure for how long will he live.
In a statement done by Motti Ravid, a professor of internal medicine, was said that the low temperatures experienced by the baby inside the cooler had slowed down the baby’s metabolism and likely helped her survive.

God must have a purpose for this little one beyond what we know. We need to keep this family, and this little one in prayer.
My prayers are that this baby lives, and grows to be healthy and strong.
She weighed half a kilo and was half-baked when they removed her because her heart was no longer beating. To hope that she lives is rediculous, but it is fascinating that she spontaneously revived.
As for your title, yes she was dead. She just did not stay dead and I’m sure that by now she is dead again.
Oh, for heaven’s sake, I’ll just google it:

To say her chances were “slim” from the start is an enourmous stretch.
